About Theresa

Theresa Presberg is a standout soccer talent and emerging coach with a proven track record of leadership on and off the field. As a player, she honed her skills at FC 1974 from 2011-2020 before starring at Lake Forest College Women’s Soccer (2022-2026).

There, her team ranked 11th nationally and 1st regionally in 2025.

Named Most Improved Player (2022) and earning two Second Team All-Conference honors, Theresa captained the team (2024-2026), led the conference in assists (2023), secured Conference Defensive Player of the Week (2024), tied the school record for single-game assists (2024), and holds the career assists record.

In coaching, she served as assistant at FC 1974 winter/summer camps (2020-2022), delivers top-tier individual/group lessons (2025-2026), and currently interns in coaching/administration at GLSA.

Passionate about developing the next generation, Theresa combines elite playing experience with administrative savvy.
