About Srgjan
Srgjan brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in youth soccer development to Horizon Soccer. After concluding his professional and collegiate playing career, he transitioned into coaching across various levels, building a strong reputation for technical excellence and player growth.
He served as Director of Coaching at Raiders FC for six years, where his leadership helped the club secure multiple US Youth Soccer National Championships. Since 2014, Srgjan has been DOC at FC 1974 (part of the Greater Libertyville Soccer Association in Illinois), guiding the program to become one of the leading clubs in Region II for player development.
His credentials include a National B License, National Youth License, and NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma. Srgjan's philosophy emphasizes high-intensity, ball-dominant training that fosters both individual skill and team performance—making him a key contributor to our mission of delivering personalized, high-level development for young athletes.
