About Igor

Igor Janković brings over 25 years of international expertise in sport development and talent pathways to Horizon Soccer. As a UEFA Mentor and holder of the UEFA A license, he has designed award-winning grassroots and participation models, including the Mini Maxi Football Leagues & Camps (expanded from 32 to over 1,000 teams across 30 cities) and multiple national youth programs.

He has supported UEFA association mentoring, contributed to GROW pilot projects and awards (e.g., Football Association of Ukraine), and served as Founding Conference Director for the "More Than Football" International Conference (Croatia, 2026). An active speaker on governance, participation systems, and talent ecosystems, Igor bridges global best practices with local Illinois programs.

At Horizon Soccer, he applies sophisticated, evidence-based methodologies to deliver high-quality holiday camps, tailored training, and international experiences—unlocking young players' full potential through structured development and authentic opportunities.
